About the Event

In June we offer a look at Cohousing in our popular Lunch & Learn series. Cohousing is a neighborhood of private homes and shared spaces where neighbors build ties through community dinners, shared work, and proximity. Popular in other areas of the country, CoHousing Houston is forming the second community of this kind in Texas. There are 165 communities in the United States with another 140 in planning stages.

Learn about Cohousing, what it means, how it looks, and why these communities can be appealing to older adults. The CoHousing Houston website is www.cohousinghouston.com.

Facilitators: Bob Woest and Kelli Soika, active participants in the development of CoHousing Houston

Date:  Friday, June 4

Time: Noon to 1 pm

When you register you will receive the link to use for the Zoom meeting in your confirmation email.
